Our editorial mission

Gamevindo exists to help players tell a well-run casino from a poorly run one, before real money is on the line. Every review, ranking, and guide on this site is written to the same brief: would we recommend this operator to a friend, using our own money. If the answer is no, we say so, even when that costs us a partnership.

Independence from operators

We earn revenue when readers sign up with an operator we list, through affiliate commercial arrangements disclosed in full on our Disclaimer page. That relationship never decides a rating. Commercial and editorial teams work separately: the people negotiating operator partnerships do not write, score, or approve reviews, and cannot edit a rating once it is published.

In practice: an operator can pay for placement in a "featured" module, but that module is always labelled as sponsored and sits apart from our editorial rankings, which are ordered purely by score.

How we review a casino

Every casino listed on Gamevindo goes through the same seven-stage process before it earns a published score:

Licensing & background check

We confirm the operator's license, parent company, and regulatory history before anything else.

Account creation & verification

We open a real account and go through KYC as an ordinary player would, timing every step.

Game & software audit

We check game fairness certificates, RTP disclosures, and software providers against public records.

Deposit & withdrawal testing

We deposit and withdraw real funds to measure actual processing times, not advertised ones.

Support evaluation

We contact support with real questions across live chat, email, and phone where available.

Scoring & publication

Findings are scored against our published methodology and reviewed by a second editor before going live.

Ongoing re-review

Listed casinos are re-tested on a rolling schedule, and any complaint pattern can trigger an early re-review.

Our scoring methodology

Ratings are built from weighted categories covering licensing, payout speed, game selection, bonus fairness, and customer support. No single category can be gamed into a high overall score; a casino with a generous welcome bonus but slow withdrawals will still score poorly overall. The full weighting breakdown is explained on our Why Trust Gamevindo page.

Corrections and updates

Casinos change their terms, licenses, and payment processors often, and our reviews are only useful if they keep pace. When we learn that a fact in a review is out of date or wrong, we correct it as soon as it's verified and note the date of the last substantive edit at the top of the page. Readers can flag a suspected error through the contact channel below, and we treat every report as worth checking.

Editorial team & accountability

Reviews are written and re-tested by members of our editorial team, with a second-editor sign-off required before publication. We do not publish anonymous, AI-generated, or unverified operator-submitted reviews as editorial content.
